First and foremost, buying is in Alicia’s blood. As one of the savviest broadcast buyers in the industry, Alicia’s master negotiating skills have saved her clients tens of millions of dollars and earned significant added value. A 40+ year media veteran, Alicia ascended from Assistant Buyer to Group Broadcast Buying Director at Western International Media and later Executive Vice President of the company’s Initiative Partner division, where she oversaw more than 100 accounts in the western United States.

Alicia is a recipient of the American Women in Radio & Television’s prestigious Excellence in Advertising Management Genii award, the Radio Ambassador Award, Outstanding Achievement in Radio Award, and has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to Southern California Special Olympics.

When she’s not working, Alicia loves to hike, explore and entertain. She is a proud new “Nana” to Alexandra Grace born in Okinawa, Japan where her son and his wife are stationed.
