Recognizing the importance of emerging diverse populations, Leila built USIM’s Multicultural Group to include specialist teams on Asian, African American and LGBTQ media. Her accounts have included the California Lottery, Honda, Disney, Major League Soccer and Showtime.
She has held senior positions at Ferrer/Ad Americas, Conill Advertising, J. Walter Thompson/Hispania, McCann Erickson/La Agencia, AC&R/Rossi and Siboney. Her accounts have included McDonalds, Sheraton, Tecate, Ralphs Grocery, Chief Auto Parts and Toyota.
Leila holds dual degrees from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Raised in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, Leila speaks five languages – six if you include media!
