LOS ANGELES USIM, the fast-growing independent media agency, today announced it has been selected as media agency of record for Howard’s, Southern California’s largest and most trusted independent, employee-owned retailer of appliances, TV’s and mattresses. USIM will lead Howard’s media efforts, creating a holistic strategy and communications plan to increase foot traffic and sales in the retailer’s 12 locations across the region.
