Sherry oversees USIM’s operational units, including billing, IT, and Human Resources. She is also responsible for managing executive priorities, alignment, and strategy.
Sherry drives efforts to create a team culture and deliver an employee experience that helps fuel the company’s growth. She sets a high bar for customer service by training and enabling her staff to provide personalized customer service to every client. Sherry is a nearly 30-year media industry veteran since joining Western International Media in 1989. She is also a founder of Patriot Communications, USIM’s specialty telecommunications division.
The American Red Cross has publicly recognized Sherry for her leadership and for Patriot’s efforts in response to worldwide disasters, including the devastating Haiti earthquake, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Sandy, and the September 11 terrorist attacks. Sherry is a native Californian and takes full advantage of the Golden State’s recreational opportunities, from spending time at the beach to skiing in the mountains.
